For anyone who is still interested, I started a new blog with the same concept :)

I sent the journal out around the beginning of April and it made it to the first person. I told them who to send it to and I assume they sent it but I haven’t heard anything from the second person yet (who happened to change their url). Hopefully I hear from them.

If you’ve changed your url and I can’t find you, you will not receive the notebook because I will not be able to contact you.

I was wondering if any one would be interested in taking part in a travelling disposable camera?

The idea is similar to a travelling notebook or journal apart from instead of drawing or filling in some pages of a book you take a few photos using the camera and then send it on to the next person….

How long can you keep the book?

A week, maybe a bit more if you need to, I’ll never know! But keep in mind other people will be waiting for it so don’t wait too long to send it along.

I finally bought a notebook and am currently doing my page. I will send it to the first person tomorrow :) I am excited to finally get this started!

edit: Not going to lie, my page is very bland and boring. I’m not that creative, but I’m sure you guys will have better pages :D

I have a nice list of participants for my travelling notebook. If anyone wants to join in too, I have room for a couple more :) I’m going to get the notebook and send it out next weekend :D

The whole idea is that I will buy a notebook and decorate a page then send it to the first person who will decorate it and then send it to the next person until I eventually get it back. I will post pictures of the pages when I get it back. What should you do on your page? You can write a poem or a story. Talk about yourself, where you’re from, your dreams. Decorate it to express yourself, it doesn’t matter as long as it is appropriate. You can add your tumblr name to the page too, but you don’t have to. Please try to avoid adding weight to the notebook so that nobody is left with a high postage charge. Enough people are interested, thanks to pensandenvelopes, so I will definitely be starting one by the middle of April! :) if you are sure you want to participate, please send me an ask with your address so I can make a list! :D
